Do you have a cavity and need a filling? Do you have a problem tooth that needs to be extracted? Has it been too long since you have had your teeth cleaned? These dental issues are a major concern, and they can all lead to greater complications. If you have neglected to seek the oral health care you need because of tight finances, lack of dental insurance, or personal obligations that have prevented you from tending to your own well-being, Dentistry from the Heart (DFTH) is your opportunity to get free, top-quality dental care in Suwanee.
Get a Healthy Smile – It’s Free!
Dr. Mitul Patel and his dedicated staff at Family & Cosmetic Dental Care will host their fourth annual Dentistry from the Heart event in Suwanee on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A tooth-colored filling, teeth cleaning, or extraction will be offered to the first 50 patients, or as many patients as can be seen by 2 p.m.
“So many people in our area need dental care but simply cannot afford to pay for it. The DFTH program enables us to give back to the community that we live and work in by providing free dental care to those who otherwise don’t have the means to see a dentist,” says Dr. Patel. “Dental care is extremely important to a person’s health and well-being. We love being able to host this event and bring smiles to the faces of so many people.”
Residents of Suwanee, Johns Creek, and the surrounding North Georgia communities who are 18 years of age or older will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 50 patients are guaranteed to be seen. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the event will take place rain or shine. Patients are asked to arrive early and dress appropriately for the weather.
The Goal of Dentistry from the Heart
A national non-profit organization, Dentistry from the Heart was created to help under-insured or uninsured Americans access professional oral health care. Over 100 million Americans are without dental insurance, and over 29 percent of adults have untreated cavities. For many people, dental care is simply not an option. If you do not have the means to afford dental care, DFTH is a way to get the healthy, pain-free, fully functional smile you deserve.
