Crowns & Bridges

Porcelain crowns and bridges can work together as a restorative dentistry solution for missing teeth. The crowns serve as anchors for the bridge to fill the space where a tooth or teeth should be. Porcelain crowns also work as stand-alone restorations. You can use crowns to cover a tooth after a root canal or to cap a tooth that's broken, cracked, heavily decayed, stained, or misshapen. Both sturdy solutions restore your smile and make it easy to bite and chew once again.

Your Suwanee cosmetic dentist's office can often complete restorations like crowns and bridges in a single visit. CEREC's innovative CAD/CAM Omnicam system enables this. This eliminates the need for a middleman and eliminates the need to wait for a lab to complete and apply your restoration. CEREC enables your Hello Family Dental dentist to create top-quality restorations on-site.

Dental Implants

Many patients with missing teeth, or those who will be undergoing extractions, choose dental implants in Suwanee, GA as the ultimate solution to fill the holes in their smile. Dental implants not only give you the natural-looking tooth you want above the gum line, but they also replace the absent tooth root, thereby supporting your jaw and smile. And, of course, implants are strong and permanent so you can eat whatever you like once again with no worries about the durability of your teeth.

Dentures

Dentures come in many shapes and sizes, and they are a viable dental solution for people who have many missing teeth. Traditional complete dentures replace entire arches of missing teeth.

Partial dentures can fill spaces where two or more teeth are missing. This solution not only completes your smile, but it also supports nearby teeth and prevents them from moving and negatively altering the health, functionality, and appearance of your smile.

Dental implants or porcelain crowns anchor permanent dentures, ensuring they remain securely in place for complete confidence.

Endodontics

More commonly known as root canal therapy, endodontics saves or restores a tooth that has been damaged because of severe decay. When tooth decay is so extreme that it has damaged the dental pulp, pain, sensitivity, swelling, and other undesirable side effects will occur.

Dental trauma can also create the need for a root canal. Dental pain will not go away – seeing your Suwanee dentist immediately to address teeth that are problematic now can sometimes help eliminate the need for an endodontic procedure. We perform endodontic procedures for the entire North Atlanta community including Johns Creek, Suwanee, and Duluth, Georgia.

Extractions

Adult teeth have established root systems. If you have a tooth compromised by decay, infection, trauma, gum disease, root breakage, or otherwise, it may be necessary to have the tooth completely extracted by an experienced dentist near Duluth. This procedure must be done carefully to ensure that all parts of the tooth and root are fully removed. Dental repair options to replace the pulled tooth can include dental implants, a dental bridge, or a partial denture.

Inlays & Onlays

Part restorative dentistry solution, part cosmetic dentistry solution, inlays and onlays are non-invasive solutions for damaged teeth. An inlay is layered over the inside section of a damaged tooth so that it is complete again. An onlay restoration, also known as a partial crown, usually covers the middle and at least one cusp of a tooth. These restorations can be done quickly using the innovative CEREC system that produces restorations on-site at your Johns Creek dentist’s office, Hello Family Dental.

Fillings (white fillings)

When you need a filling for a cavity or to repair cracked or chipped teeth, white fillings are the most attractive and safest option. Composite fillings are natural-looking because they are tinted to match your tooth enamel, plus they avoid the toxic ingredient of mercury that is found in amalgam fillings.

Laser Dentistry

A cutting-edge treatment for gum disease, laser dentistry is used to treat moderate to severe gum disease. The innovative LANAP laser dentistry protocol offers true periodontal regeneration allowing the gum tissues to reattach and new bone growth to commence.

Periodontal Treatment

Whether you call it gum disease or periodontal disease, this serious gum infection can lead to lost teeth. When caught in the early stages, periodontal disease is easily treatable. More advanced cases require serious periodontal treatment in the form of laser dentistry, but the condition can still be reversed and, after healing, will give you a mouth that is ready for a new smile with restorative and cosmetic dentistry solutions.

Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation

Gum recession is painful and unattractive. But gum grafting is no longer the only solution for gum recession. The minimally invasive Pinhole® Surgical Technique (PST®) is also known as the Lunchtime Gum LiftTM because it is quickly and efficiently performed in your Suwanee dental office without scalpels or sutures.
